Spicy Samosas

Samosas are a popular Indian snack that can be enjoyed during the rains. These crispy, savory pastries are filled with a spiced potato and pea mixture that’s sure to tantalize your taste buds. Here’s a simple recipe to make samosas at home:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Crispy Vada Pav

  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Vegetable oil for frying

  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped onions and cilantro for garnish
