Gujarat School Principal Kills Girl, As She Resisted His Bid To Sexually Harass Her
In a shocking and disturbing incident, a six-year-old girl was found dead in the compound of her school in Gujarat’s Dahod district. The investigation has led to a chilling revelation – the Class I student was choked to death by her school’s principal, Govind Natt after she resisted his attempts to sexually assault her. The principal then dumped the body in the school compound and left her bag and shoes near the classroom.
The incident has sent shockwaves across the country, with authorities and parents demanding justice for the young victim. The police have arrested Govind Natt, 55, who faces stringent charges under the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
According to senior police officer Rajdeep Singh Jhala, the girl’s body was found on the premises of her school on Thursday evening, sparking panic in the area. The post-mortem revealed that she had suffocated to death. Police registered a case and formed 10 teams to probe the matter.
The girl’s mother told the police that she went to school with the principal every day. When the cops spoke to him, the principal said he had dropped off the girl at the school and left for some work. However, police were not convinced by his statement and discovered that he reached school late that day. After being grilled, the principal confessed to the heinous crime.
The investigation revealed that Govind Natt picked up the girl from her home at around 10:20 am and tried to sexually assault her on his way to school. When she resisted, he choked her to stop her from shouting. He then left her body in his car and dumped it behind the school building later that evening.
The police have recovered several pieces of evidence, including phone location details that showed Govind Natt was at the scene of the crime around the time of the incident. The principal initially denied any involvement, but his alibi was shattered by technical analysis.
The incident has sparked outrage across the country, with many demanding justice for the young victim and calling for stricter punishment for those who commit such crimes. The state education minister, Kuber Dindor, has condemned the incident and promised to take steps to ensure that such crimes are not repeated.
The killing of a six-year-old girl by her school’s principal is a stark reminder of the shocking reality of child abuse and sexual exploitation in our society. It is a chilling reminder of the need for greater vigilance and action to protect our children from predators like Govind Natt.
As we mourn the loss of this innocent life, we must also demand justice for her and hold those responsible accountable for their actions. We must also work towards creating a safer and more just society where children can grow up without fear of violence or exploitation.
